At Beer House Hobbit in Kawaramachi, Hirakata City, Osaka, the Tuesday, May 26 announcement introduced Taco Tuesday tacos and newly tapped beers. The pub centers on craft beer and is known for enjoying drinks with food.

That day’s Taco Tuesday featured the popular “ground beef taco with jalapeños” on the menu. The dish combines the savory richness of ground beef, the heat of jalapeños, and the depth of cheese, and is said to be crafted so even people who do not like spicy food can enjoy it. As a plate that pairs easily with beer, it seems especially suited to a crisp, hop-forward IPA or a wheat beer with a soft, mellow flavor.

The draft lineup for the day consisted of the following six beers.

- ① Shirakaba Beat / Yatsugatake Brewery (Yamanashi)
- ② Kijō Gold / Kuni no Chō Beer (Osaka)
- ③ Wakyō - Sake Lees Yuzu White - / Choryo Shuzo (Nara)
- ④ Circle / Naminoto Brewing (Hyogo)
- ☆ ⑤ Full Bloom DIPA / Hansharo Beer (Shizuoka)
- ⑥ Session Citra White / Hirakata Beer (Osaka)

Among them, the one marked with a ☆, “Full Bloom DIPA,” was newly tapped. Introduced as a DIPA brewed with seven kinds of hops, it features aromas reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit, along with firm bitterness and a relatively high alcohol presence. For anyone seeking bright aromatics and a satisfying drink, this is one to try first.

Also appearing was “Session Citra White” from the local Hirakata Beer, making it a highlight that you can enjoy local breweries alongside those from outside the prefecture. It was a very Beer House Hobbit kind of day, with the chance to sample everything from a light, refreshing white ale to a DIPA while snacking on tacos.
