Tap List for May 16
Craft Beer Server Land Akasaka-Mitsuke has announced its tap list for May 16. The shop is a beer pub in the basement in Tokyo's Akasaka area, and it offers a calm space that is easy to stop by after work. On the tap board, a wide range of styles appears, centered on domestic craft beer, from lagers and Helles to stout and barley wine.
There are two new taps for the day. One is FLORA FERMENTATION's Palis / Hazy IPA. The other is SAPPORO's Edelpils / Edelpils, making this a lineup that gives you a reason to walk in starting with those two pours.
The rest of the lineup is also distinctive. In the original-beer section, Yatsugatake Beer TOUCHDOWN's 102 x 69 Roggen Roll / Rye Helles, Hansharo Beer's Agari Red Lager / Japanese Tea Red Lager, and Chichibu Beer's Nami Machi Black Ma / milk stout are listed. In the lager and pilsner range, FLORA FERMENTATION's Cascara / Dunkel w/ Coffee Cherry, Shonan Beer's Helles / Helles, Himitsu Beer's Ise-Shima Pearl Lager / Helles Bier, and GROUND TAP BREWERY's GROUND TAP LAGER / Light Lager also appear.
In the dark-beer section, FLORA FERMENTATION's Tayu / Porter w/ Soba and Kyoto Brewing's Sweet Expectation / Dessert Stout stand out. As a closing pour, Black Tide Brewing's #473 Melty Honey / Barley Wine with Honey is also available, creating a lineup where you can choose according to your mood, from a light, crisp drink to dark, high-alcohol styles.
The interior works well for dropping in and enjoying just one drink at the counter, and it is also suited to building a tasting session with a group. It is a place worth considering on a day when you want to check the breadth of domestic craft beer in Akasaka-Mitsuke.
