PIRONO BEER introduces rural collaboration saison pulse
PIRONO BEER in Koriyama, Fukushima, has introduced `pulse`, a collaboration beer with the electronic-music open-air party `rural`. The beer is a dry-hopped saison brewed with local rice, and it is already being poured at the brewery ahead of the event.
PIRONO BEER, based in Domae-cho, Koriyama City, Fukushima, introduced its collaboration beer `pulse` with `rural`. The beer is a `Dry Hopped Saison with Local Rice` at 4.5% ABV. It fits the brewery's setting well: PIRONO operates from a renovated stone storehouse and focuses on beers that can work both as an everyday pint and as a special visit.
`pulse` carries a bright saison profile. The brewery describes floral yeast character, a crisp finish, and hop aromas that suggest white grape and a hint of peach. The result is a light, refreshing beer with a clear seasonal feel, while still remaining easy to drink in the way PIRONO's beers are known for.
Part of the grist uses rice grown by `goodsun`, a Fukushima-based friend of the brewery who is both a chef and a rice farmer. That local connection is central to the beer's identity. PIRONO says `pulse` will be available during `rural` and is already being served in advance at the brewery, linking the event, the local ingredient, and the brewery in one release.
