A delicious cycle begins under Yurakucho Station's elevated tracks

At Tokyo Aleworks Station Taproom Yurakucho - TASTY in Yurakucho, Tokyo, the sustainable project "Sustainable Fair: Eat Deliciously, Move Society" is now underway. In addition to the easy access of being under the JR Yurakucho Station elevated tracks, the venue has the openness of an open kitchen, making it an easy place to stop by after work.

The highlight this time is the "Rebread" series, which reuses unsold bread as an ingredient. The beers being offered are the following two:

- Sustainable Rebread IPA (TOKYO ALEWORKS)
- Sustainable Rebread Wheat Ale (TOKYO ALEWORKS)

The Wheat Ale is designed to deliver a soft mouthfeel and a pleasant toasted grain character, making it a glass that lets you enjoy both the story and the flavor born from bread. The IPA, meanwhile, stands out for letting you drink it while appreciating not only the hop character, but also the background of the upcycled ingredient.

On the food side, there are also burgers made with buns kneaded with reclaimed barley flour, including a teriyaki bacon egg burger and a chicken menchi-katsu burger. The lineup lets guests experience "upcycling" through both beer and food, offering a chance to engage with the cycle of food while enjoying craft beer.
