At Tsumagoi Kogen Brewery, a microbrewery in Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture, owner-made pizza is being served for a limited time during Golden Week. According to the official website, pizza will be offered for four days, from Saturday, May 2 through Tuesday, May 5 (holiday). In an Instagram post on May 3, the brewery announced, "Today is day 2," suggesting that it is becoming a familiar way to enjoy the holiday break.

The brewery is a facility attached to a brewery in Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture, and is known for making craft beer using hops grown on its own farm. It also sells craft beer on-site and offers tastings, along with take-home products and gift boxes. Set amid great natural surroundings, it is appealing because visitors can enjoy beer right there on the spot.

The official website says that restaurant operations have been suspended since autumn 2024, but that food menu items in the eat-in space are planned to resume starting in May 2026. As part of that transition, Golden Week features pizza made by the owner. Because it is a limited food offering that differs slightly from normal operations, it gives visitors a clear reason to stop by.

From a beer lover's perspective, short-term food offerings like this are a great opportunity to see how well they pair with craft beer. This plan, which lets visitors enjoy beer made with Tsumagoi's local character and freshly baked pizza in the same place, should make a holiday drink feel even more memorable.
