A new Kinki Pale Ale 'Simcoe Single Ver.' has arrived from the brewery "Noboribetsu Jibeer Oni Densetsu" in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido. The post announced that "kegging is complete" and also listed the specs as ABV 5.5% and IBU 40.

The flavor concept emphasizes hop-driven aromas such as citrus, passion fruit, and piney notes, with a finish that is refreshing and clean. The bitterness is described as sharp and not lingering, suggesting an easy-to-drink pale ale. The post also described it as something you can "drink a lot of."

This announcement also mentioned a chance to compare it with Nectaron Single. A setup that lets drinkers enjoy comparing hop character is a point craft beer fans won't want to miss. It is also interesting as a regular Simcoe use case, allowing drinkers to see how the same Kinki Pale Ale changes in impression depending on the hop used.

Orders can still be placed through SNS posts, messages, and email as before, and it is also available on the Oni Densetsu page on Best Beer Japan. It is a release that clearly presents practical, straightforward information in the spirit of a Noboribetsu brewery. Shipment is scheduled to begin on May 25 or May 26.
