On Friday, July 10, Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Bunkyo-ku, lined up 10 taps of house-brewed beer. The brewpub opens on weekdays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and is closed on Wednesdays, making it an easy stop after work.

The lineup covers a wide range of styles. On tap were `Sauvin Belgo`, an American Belgo Style Ale; `ぺーぺーぺーぺー`, a Norwegian Pale Ale; `晴天雷鳴 #2`, a West Coast IPA; and `流水草々 #2`, an Italian Pilsner. Also listed were the nearly sold-out `Yunosu Saison`, `Rolling Lolly` in the American IPA style, and `パイナップルゴーぜ`, a new gose brewed with pineapple.

For hop aroma, `EL BAMP HAZY` is the obvious choice. For a firmer bitter edge, `駒込Best Bitter` fits the bill, while `黒鳶 #4`, a Belgian Stout, offers a roasty finish. The tap list spans bitterness, aroma, acidity, and malt depth, giving beer drinkers a compact set of styles to compare in one visit.

The post also previewed coming food and event programs: guest chef Nanami's `ポテチドッグ` on July 11, a Komagome talk on July 14, food pop-ups on July 19, 25, and 26, plus POP-UP plans on August 8 and 9. For beer fans, the brewery's tap list and the surrounding events make this a date worth tracking.
