Dryhopped Pilsner is brewed with HBC638 instead of the refreshingly citrusy Motueka. Citrus, tropical fruit, and floral notes overlap, while keeping the crisp finish expected of a pilsner. DAWN is a collaboration beer for BC Beer Trading's 10th anniversary, with aromas of white grape, flowers, and light citrus. No.02 KISARAGI IPA is a West Coast Style IPA with citrus and dank bitterness from Citra, Azacca, and Mosaic. No.03 YAYOI IPA uses Krush, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Ekuanot, bringing forward a hop profile reminiscent of mango and pineapple.
