drifter’s stand, a beer pub in Togoshi Ginza, Tokyo, has added three new beers from Falo Brewing in Yamamoto, Miyagi.
Falo Brewing began brewing in October 2025 at a former school site, and the brewery describes its approach as “Clean, Crisp, Crashable.”
The new lineup features three distinct beers:
- Ice (Cold Pale Ale): Built for a citrusy, grassy, crisp impression. It is a Pale Ale fermented with lager yeast, aiming for a cleaner, sharper drinkability.
- Fuego (Mexican Lager): Based on pilsner, corn, and Vienna malt, with a touch of honey malt. Spalter Select and Motueka add herbal, lime-like notes and a crisp finish.
- KUMA (Honey Wheat / Picnic Beer): A soft wheat beer with chamomile and biscuit-like character. It uses honey from a local farm, giving it a gentle sweetness and easygoing profile.
As a neighborhood beer pub, drifter’s stand is a fitting place to explore guest beers like these. This arrival brings together a bright Cold Pale Ale, a refreshing Mexican Lager, and a mellow Honey Wheat, making it easy to taste the range of Falo Brewing’s clean and crisp brewing style.
