NOMENDO Brew Stand, a craft beer specialist in Koshigaya, Saitama, is planning a reservation-only coffee seminar for Sunday, July 26, 2026. The session will focus on "the modern way of thinking about coffee," and barista Yuto Sasaki will serve as the instructor. Although it is a beer venue, the theme fits the brewery's own work: one of its flagship beers, Harehare Coffee Saison, already points to an interest in coffee aroma and flavor inside a craft beer framework.

The brewery sits about a three-minute walk from Koshigaya Station East Exit. It obtained its brewing license in January 2024 and became Koshigaya City's first brewery. NOMENDO Brew Stand operates as a standing-style beer bar and has also leaned into events and collaborations, using the space as more than just a taproom.

This seminar is the second installment after the first session was well received. As a participant perk, the brewery plans to offer an advance tasting of the collaboration beer made with Sasaki, and those who want it can also try coffee brewed from the beans used in the beer. The concept connects two drinks that share a strong emphasis on aroma, ingredient choice, and how flavor is built.

The event runs from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on July 26, and the brewery will be closed that day. Reservations are required and will be accepted by comment, DM, or in person at the shop. Applications will close once capacity is reached, so anyone interested should check early. For beer fans, this is a chance to look at craft beer from a coffee angle, which is very much in line with NOMENDO's style of programming.
