The food for the day is broad in range, with bamboo shoot fritters, spaghetti with squid and bottarga, fried squid, mortadella Bismarck pizza, red sea bream carpaccio, torta fritta, spaghetti with white fish and oregano, medai and lemon carpaccio, oyster butter omelet, assorted carpaccio, and homemade pistachio ice cream.
