Novel Craft Opens at 6 p.m. During Golden Week, with 7 Taps and Field Ales Bottles
The beer pub Novel Craft in Chitose-Karasuyama, Tokyo, announced that it will remain open throughout the Golden Week holidays. On days when it opens at 6 p.m., Field Ales bottles are also selling well, and seven beers including Hazy State are on tap.
The beer pub Novel Craft, located on the second floor in Minamikarasuyama, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, announced in a post that it will continue operating through the Golden Week holiday period without closing. In this announcement, it listed its opening time as 6:00 p.m., making it an easy stop for people dropping by after work.
Field Ales bottles are also being sold well inside the shop. According to the post, two varieties are currently available, and they can be enjoyed both in the shop and as takeout. Being able to not only drink beer on the spot but also enjoy a favorite bottle at home gives the place a relaxed, approachable feel that suits it well.
The food is pulled pork curry. It is introduced as a spicy dish with pork slowly simmered and pulled apart. It is easy to pair with for people who want something substantial between beers, and it has the practical appeal typical of a beer pub.
Today’s tap list features these seven beers.
- Collective Arts / Hazy State
- Cellador / Lou
- Novel Craft Brewing / Wah
- Mingel / Turn! Turn! Turn!
- Mugizakkokobo / Creek Lager
- Field Ales / Pint
- Baldys / Five Years of Solitude
The lineup ranges from Hazy State, which seems to bring out hop aroma, to Creek Lager, a lager, and even Five Years of Solitude, which sounds like it may have a bold character. For a night in Chitose-Karasuyama spent enjoying taps, bottles, and curry together in a calm atmosphere, this is a place worth checking out.
