Nomcraft Juso Taproom adds new taps, with NOM & TACOS #3 set for next Saturday
On June 20, Nomcraft Juso Taproom in Osaka’s Juso district announced new pours and previewed next Saturday’s NOM & TACOS #3 pop-up. The lineup includes Nomcraft Lager, Baldys Good Beer’s ACID PUNCH, and the debut of CON SAFOS.
Nomcraft Juso Taproom, a brewpub in Osaka’s Juso area, used its June 20 post to highlight new taps and an upcoming food event. In the middle of the rainy season, the bar pointed first to its house lager, then added a guest beer and a collaboration beer to the lineup.
Beers on tap
- Nomcraft Lager / NOMCRAFT BREWING
The house lager. In the post, it is described as freshly cleaned and ready to pour, making it an easy choice for a clean, refreshing pint.
- ACID PUNCH / BALDYS GOOD BEER
A guest beer from Tokyo. It was introduced as a beer that fits the current weather and adds a different edge to the lineup.
- CON SAFOS / NOMCRAFT BREWING
A collaboration beer prepared for next Saturday’s NOM & TACOS #3. It is a Mexican lager brewed with blue corn, with a profile centered on bready malt and a corn aroma.
NOM & TACOS #3
Next Saturday brings the third edition of the Los Elegantes taco pop-up. This round features carne asada tacos on blue-corn tortillas, designed to pair naturally with beer. The appeal of the event is simple: pick a beer from the taproom, then match it with tacos at the same counter.
With its Juso location and brewery-direct format, Nomcraft Juso Taproom is the kind of place where drinkers can follow fresh releases and event pours in one visit. Start with the house lager, move to ACID PUNCH for contrast, and finish with CON SAFOS alongside tacos.
