On May 15, Nagano Brewery released its operating schedule for this weekend on Instagram. On May 16 and 17, it will make its first appearance at Iida Yoi Fes 2026 Spring Edition, and it is also sharing its weekend offerings alongside taproom service.

According to the post, the venue will offer three value-priced tasting sets. The brewery announced its participation to visitors in the southern Shinshu region. Taproom hours will be 12:00 to 19:00 on May 16 and 12:00 to 18:00 on May 17.

In addition, starting on May 16, it will begin selling a new menu item: a "beer, wine, and prosciutto set" made with Merlot harvested from NAGANO BREWERY's farm. This move reflects the brewery's style of combining beer with proposals that also make use of orchard produce and farm crops.

NAGANO BREWERY / Nagano Brewery is a craft beer brewery based in Ojoji, Nagano City. On its official website, it promotes itself as a "circular BREWERY" that operates the farm and brewery as one integrated system, using hops and fruit grown on its own farm as raw materials. It is characterized by a production style that emphasizes a local cycle, such as reusing spent grain left after brewing as fertilizer for the farm.

A taproom pre-opening also began on April 29, 2025, and this weekend's operation is likely to be an opportunity to present more concretely the offerings shaped by both the brewery and the farm. It will be worth seeing on site this weekend how ingredients grown in Ojoji, Nagano City, are turned into beer.
