The food lineup features seasonal spring ingredients, including sakura shrimp zeppoline, a salad with homemade roast ham, oyster butter omelet, firefly squid fritters, spring skipjack tuna carpaccio, wagyu bolognese spaghetti, and a pistachio and mortadella pizza. With such a wide range of beer styles, it is easy to build pairings with the food and create a flow from the first glass to the final drink.
Some cocktails originally served by friends for the 5th anniversary are still being offered as well, adding more variety to a menu that remains beer-focused and very much in the spirit of this bar. It is the kind of day where you can work through the tap list while enjoying the spring menu.
