VERTERE’s “Rostrata” and “Achillea” Served at CATARATAS BOTTLE SHOP

Hop BroIBU is a measure of bitterness. Rostrata is 61 and Achillea is 70. In other words, Achillea has a sharper finish and is a good indicator of stronger bitterness.
