KARAKURI updates its anniversary tap lineup

KARAKURI -Craft Beer & Oden & Sake-, a basement beer pub in Kanda, shared its service information for Tuesday, June 9. The shop will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with food last orders at 10:00 p.m. and drink last orders at 10:30 p.m. It is a natural fit for a place that focuses on craft beer, sake, and natural wine alongside creative dishes built around oden.

The headline release is Sage from Miyagi-based Faló Brewing, introduced as the shop’s second anniversary beer. The post positions it as a beer made specifically for KARAKURI’s anniversary month, making it a meaningful tap for regulars and beer hunters alike. The shop also mentioned an anniversary variation of Stillwater’s classic Cellar Door Saison, reworked with white sage. Together, the two beers point to a lineup that leans into aroma, seasonality, and a clear sense of collaboration.

KARAKURI’s appeal is not just the beer list. Its calm underground setting, oden-focused food menu, and attached bottle shop make it easy to settle in for a few rounds and keep following the brewery story later at home. For drinkers who like to track guest taps and anniversary releases in a neighborhood pub setting, this June 9 update is one to note.
