TEGAMISHA BREWERY will host a collaboration event with Sakana no Mirai on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14. Sakana no Mirai is a seafood deli based at Jindai Nigiwai no Sato in Chofu, where the team focuses on promoting the appeal of fish and the sea through prepared seafood dishes and bento.

The planned menu includes wakame salad, sashimi, salmon kimchi made with Ginsuke salmon from Onagawa, fish and chips using monkfish shark from Kesennuma, fried oysters from Togurakko oysters in Minamisanriku, a special Sakana no Mirai soba, and a wakame pound cake from SEA BREAD. In total, around 14 dishes are expected, all built to pair naturally with craft beer.

The venue, TEGAMISHA BREWERY, opened in Nishi-Chofu in 2020 and began brewing in June 2023. As a brewpub, it pours 10 taps of domestic craft beer, including its own beers, and also offers growler fills as well as bottled and canned beer to go. The space is designed for relaxed drinking with food, making it easy to move between the counter and the menu.

In the Instagram caption, the brewery highlights salmon kimchi and its house-brewed yuzu saison as personal recommendations. That pairing points to the kind of event this is: seafood-driven dishes and a beer list that can meet them head-on. For beer fans in Tokyo, it is a straightforward but appealing two-day collaboration in Chofu.
