In its post titled "Today's Yamamoto Beer is...," Fleisch König in Honmachi, Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture gave a detailed introduction to the Yamamoto Beer taps connected that day.

The lineup listed in the post was Dankan / Noroshi / Inoshikacho / Green Road / Midnight Echo / Hell Diner. Among them, "Green Road" was said to be down to the last few pours, and the limited releases "Midnight Echo" and "Hell Diner" were also low, so anyone aiming for them should probably visit early.

For the two limited brews, the post also clearly described their direction.
- Midnight Echo: a coffee-aromatic finish
- Hell Diner: built around tomato umami, with sun-dried salt from Ginzou-san added

Because these two kegs, one focused on "aroma" and the other on "umami," were on at the same time, the key point of this release is that drinkers can enjoy a contrast within the same brewery, from a light, lively pour to something more distinctive. Given that the venue also operates as a steak house, this was the kind of lineup well suited to choosing taps alongside a meal.

This Yamamoto Beer-centered lineup for the day was a highly practical update for drinkers who value the "what's on tap right now" aspect of craft beer. If you have a target beer in mind, visiting while the remaining-stock notice is still up is the safest choice.
