The lineup is led by five beers connected to Novel Craft Brewing: “remix,” a collaboration with Yorocco Beer, plus “Looper,” “Reloop,” “Tape Delay,” and “Dub Echo.” The selection offers an opportunity to compare several expressions from the brewery and explore how their profiles differ from one another.
Two additional beers broaden the range. “Stammtisch Helles” is a collaboration between Pigalle Tokyo and Yorocco Beer, while CRAFTROCK BREWING contributes “Alternative IPA.” From a crisp, food-friendly Helles to a hop-forward IPA, the taps cover a variety of drinking moods.
Food options include a five-vegetable saag chicken curry. Although it is not bright green in appearance, the dish is described as having a distinctly fresh, vegetable-driven flavor.
