FETISH CLUB® Unveils Three IPA Releases Inspired by Minerals
FETISH CLUB®, a brewery based in Kudamatsu, Yamaguchi, has introduced a three-beer series inspired by the colors, textures and crystal structures of minerals. The lineup includes MINERALS, FLUORITE and AQUAMARINE, each translating a different mineral character into hop aroma, berry acidity or a focused single-hop recipe.

Three different interpretations of crystal character
MINERALS is a 6.5% DDH West Coast IPA. According to the product description, a carefully selected combination of hops is used to create a layered, three-dimensional aroma. Its West Coast-inspired structure points toward a crisp finish with a clear focus on hop expression.
FLUORITE is a 6.0% DDH Mixed Berry Sour IPA. FETISH CLUB® describes the beer as an expression of rich berries layered together like minerals of different colors within a single stone. Alongside the fruit character, the sour IPA format adds acidity, creating a profile that is likely to appeal to drinkers who enjoy bright and complex fruit-driven beers.
AQUAMARINE is a 7.0% DDH Mosaic SMASH IPA. The recipe uses only one malt and one hop variety, presenting a more concentrated interpretation of the mineral theme. By limiting the ingredient palette, the beer puts the aroma and flavor of Mosaic hops at the center, much like the clean beauty of a single crystal.

FETISH CLUB® operates its brewery in Kudamatsu, Yamaguchi, and also runs beer bars in Tokyo’s Shibadaimon and Azabu areas. The brewery presents itself as “Japan Craft Beer & Culture,” and its portfolio spans IPAs, lagers, saisons and other styles. The new mineral series continues that approach. Rather than treating the beers simply as three separate styles, FETISH CLUB® connects flavor, aroma and recipe structure with visual ideas such as color, form and crystalline purity.
