Mugishuzo Hideji to close July 10-12 for Hideji Beer 30th anniversary festival
Mugishuzo Hideji, a direct-operated beer pub in Nobeoka, Miyazaki, will be closed from July 10 to 12 for an appearance at the Hideji Beer 30th anniversary festival. The event will feature about 30 Hideji beers and beer-friendly snacks.
Temporary closure and event appearance
Mugishuzo Hideji, located on the second floor of Haniwa Kaikan at 1-4-10 Nakamachi, Nobeoka, Miyazaki, will be closed from July 10 to 12 because it will appear at the "Hideji Beer 30th Anniversary Festival." The post says the team will be serving as "Hideji Beer in HAROW" during those three days.
What beer lovers can expect
The festival will reportedly offer around 30 Hideji beers along with snacks designed to pair with beer. The brewery lineup includes the flagship "Taiyo no Lager," the citrus-leaning "Shinkan no Pale Ale," the Miyazaki-inspired "Kyushu CRAFT Hyuganatsu" and "Kyushu CRAFT Hyuganatsu Premium," the hoppy lager "Hideji Kyushu Lager," the dark "Kurikuro," and the Miyazaki-restaurant-exclusive "YAHAZU." In other words, the range spans crisp lagers, fruit-forward releases, hop-driven beers, and a dark specialty beer.
About the pub
Mugishuzo Hideji opened in June 2010 as the brewery's first direct-operated shop. With private rooms throughout, it has the feel of a hidden retreat. Its signature grilled Miyazaki Jidori chicken and two-hour all-you-can-drink courses are also popular, making it a place where beer and food can be enjoyed at a relaxed pace. The post says the pub will resume normal operations on the other days, so checking the official site before visiting is still the safest move.
