Participants will gather at 11:00, receive a restaurant introduction, tour the brewery and distillery, and then begin an Arabian lunch course from 12:20. Participation is limited to the first 20 guests, and the event is scheduled to end around 2:30 p.m.
The venue is a single building perched on a cliff above Hanno Riverside, evoking a Meiji-era Western-style mansion. During the building tour, guests can also take in the furnishings, lamps, and other interior decorations, making it possible to savor not just the beer but the story of the space as well.
The free-flow offering includes craft beer made at the attached facility, as well as craft gin and wine. Representative CARVAAN craft beers include Arabian Lime Ale, Spelt Weizen, CARVAAN Belgian White, Andes Cacao Stout, and CARVAAN Tripel. It is a lineup that highlights the character of spices, fruit, and malt, making it easy to imagine how well they pair with the food.
