Also featured is YOU WAKU MOSAIC (Single Session IPA 4.5%), a collaboration between BEPPU BREWERY, umbrella RiB, and Ladybirds Bottle Shop Tsukiji. Nara Brewing x Yucho Shuzo's UNDERWATER (Sake Yeast Beer 11%) is the high-ABV choice for anyone curious about the character brought by sake yeast. BEPPU BREWERY's Dr.Geyser (Spiced Sour Ale 3.5%) combines spice and sourness in a way that also works well with food. To finish, there's also CRAFTROCK BREWING's Drink All Day (Kolsch 5.0%).
