HARU BEER in Ekinocho, Hiroshima, has introduced its guest beer lineup alongside its business information for Saturday, May 30. In a post, it announced that the barley wine "Kitsunebi," a collaboration between Kyoto Brewing and Yamorido, had been tapped.

"Kitsunebi" is a one-barrel beer made with kyobancha. The post describes it as combining smokiness with malt sweetness for a full-bodied, rich flavor. The label on the 350 ml can also shows the words Kyoto Brewing Co. Collaboration, and the style is listed as Barley Wine w/ Kyobancha. It also mentions that it should pair well with dessert-like foods such as sweet cheesecake or spring rolls filled with beni haruka sweet potato, suggesting it can be enjoyed as a digestif as well.

It was also noted that the hojicha-used Belgian wit from Hanjyuro Beer and Kyoto Brewing is on tap as well. With beers using aromatic tea ingredients lined up together, each beer's individuality stands out in a way that suits this shop. On the blackboard in the post, multiple taps are listed under "ON TAP TODAY," and names such as Kunitachi Brewery, Marica Brewing, Shirosuzume, Wayfarer Brewing, and Kyoto Brewing can also be seen.
