Based in Tokyo, Sakazuki Brewing, which has cultivated its own beer culture around its taproom and sister locations, shared the latest information for “\10th Anniversary! Day 2/” on Instagram.

The lineup for the day spans a wide range, from pilsner, pale ale, IPA, brown ale, and Belgian styles to imperial stout. The anniversary slot includes 《shy daddy》 and 《shy boy》, bringing the total to 17 taps. It is a setup that lets guests compare everything from familiar, easy-drinking styles to more distinctive ones all at once, making it easy to move around based on individual preferences.

On the food side, as a special anniversary feature, it introduced:

- New onion mousse with bafun uni and fish consommé jelly
- Carpaccio of aged cherry sea bream
- Charcoal-grilled lamb (black garlic aioli)
- Wagyu meatball bucatini
- Strawberry-filled Dubai mochi cookies

Rather than just offering a single dish to pair with beer, the lineup is notable for being designed so it can be enjoyed almost like a course.

The post also announced tap openings planned for later in the month and event information. It mentioned a taproom-only project on the 26th and a booth at the Senbon Sakura Festival on the 28th and 29th (Toneri Park, Tokyo Metropolitan, 10:00 to 16:00), showing that the activity continues beyond the anniversary period.

This update marked the 10th anniversary milestone by showcasing both beer diversity and food proposals. It is a reminder of Sakazuki Brewing’s on-the-ground strength within Tokyo’s craft beer scene.
