Today’s lineup ranges widely, from a pale ale made with New Zealand hops to an Italian pilsner, a yuzu-infused sour saison, an English bitter, and a Belgian stout. In addition to the regular "Komagome" series, the Black Sheep Ale and White Sheep Ale collaborations with Sanriku Beer are also on tap, making it easy to compare different styles side by side.

The food menu usually centers on light snacks like Kaki-Pi and dagashi, but today also includes grissini made with spent malt from Sengoku TOAST, this time onion-flavored. In addition, seasonal vegetable tapas by Tatsunosuke Taba are scheduled for April 25 and 26, adding even more to enjoy alongside the beer. Rather than something flashy, this is a tap lineup suited to a day when you want to calmly appreciate the character of each glass, one by one.
