THE FARMHOUSE in Yamanouchi, Nagano, has published its tap-and-by-the-glass lineup alongside its reopening. The list centers on Tamamura Honten’s beers, spanning Shiga Kogen Beer and Yamabushi, and mixes flagship classics, recent releases, real ale, and barrel-aged beer.

On the Shiga Kogen side, the pub recommends opening with the blonde `from scratch`, then comparing the long-running `志賀高原IPA` with the newer `SHIGA KOGEN IPA 2.03 Center of Univerese`. The lineup also includes the Apple IPA `信州平穏`, made with Bramley apples from Obuse, the real-ale pour of `志賀高原ポーター Cask Finished(リアルエール版)`, and the cognac-barrel-aged imperial stout `Takassy`.

From the Yamabushi line, guests can start with `Saison One壱` on draft, catch `red` while the current batch is down to its final bottles, and try `B3 miyama` as a food-friendly option. The result is a list that moves from bright blonde ale and IPA to porter and stout, then into Belgian-inspired complexity, giving drinkers a clear reason to slow down and compare.

The pub sits in Yamanouchi, Nagano, and is easy to reach from Yudanaka Station or the Snow Monkey Park area. The same Tamamura Honten story runs through the whole lineup, with `NEW ENGI` also appearing on the menu beyond the beers listed here.
