Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Bunkyo City, Tokyo, published its Aug. 20 service note and tap list. The brewpub is closed on Wednesdays, opens from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays, and from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends and national holidays. On this day, eight beers were on tap.

The lineup included `Little Thing / Dry Hopped Session Ale 4.5%`, `三郎 Hazy / Hazy IPA 7%`, `流水草々 #2 / Italian Pilsner 5.5%`, `Mashup IPA Ekuanot / Belgian IPA 6.5%`, `Rolling Lolly / American IPA 7.5%`, `パイナップルゴーぜ / Gose Style with pineapple 5%`, `駒込Best Bitter / English Best Bitter 4.5%`, and `黒鳶 #4 / Belgian Stout 7%`. It is a broad, beer-forward list that moves from lighter, hop-driven styles to darker and more malty choices.

The post also mentioned that the base for `Fruited Sour Ale` had been brewed the previous day, with release planned for late September. For food, the brewery noted a weekend special from the brewmaster: spiced snacks including chicken seseri achar, winter melon subzi, and cucumber pickle, served as a three-item plate with papad. A hand-made gyoza popup called "Mikattei" was also announced for the following Monday, alongside sake, making the venue a solid stop for both beer and food pairing.
