Beer Pub Ishii in Sendagi, Tokyo, introduced its latest tap list in an Instagram post at 4:10 p.m. on May 1, 2026. The post opens with a food note, saying, "We’ll cook chicken wing drumettes and turnips with the aroma of bolted coriander infused into them," while clearly showing the current On Tap lineup.

The day’s starting four are Songbird's "Moderne," Ushitora Brewery's "Cho, Latte yo!," Hop Kotan Brewing's "nonno - Nonno -," and Ushitora Brewery's "Jikkuri Kotokoto Shikonda Pils." All are Japanese craft beers, and the selection conveys the bar's breadth, from lighter options to beers meant to be savored slowly.

Waiting to be tapped are Hop Kotan Brewing's "Kitsuneiro," Shiga Kogen Beer’s "SNOW MONKEY IPA Silver Label ver.," Brasserie Knot's "BIRD," and Kanpai! Brewing's "Naemazaka-Blueberry Sour." With lager, IPA, and sour offerings each taking different directions, there is also the fun of seeing what gets connected next.

Beer Pub Ishii is a beer pub on Yomise Street Shopping Arcade, a 6-minute walk from Sendagi Station on the Tokyo Metro. It follows a day-by-day style of pouring beers from across Japan and has four taps, including a permanent Heartland Lager. Since light snacks to more substantial meals are prepared daily, the impression of each drink changes depending on how the tap list pairs with the food. The post also included notice of "Izakaya AYAYA" operations from May 4 through May 6.
