Cotama Brewery, a brewery based in Takasaki, Gunma, has announced its participation in BREW JOURNEY in YOKOKAWA Sta., taking place on October 31, 2026.

Built around the theme “People, regions and stories connected by the Shin-Etsu Line,” the event will be held at Yokokawa Station Square from 11:00 to 15:00. Cotama Brewery will be joined by Kirizumi Brewery, Honjo Ginza Brewery and 3on3 Brewing, bringing four breweries from Gunma and Saitama together for an afternoon of craft beer.

The event will also feature local food and railway-area specialties. Ogino-ya will operate a snack booth, while visitors can enjoy Yokokawa Station’s famous station soba and food from SAYACAFE at Ogino-ya’s Yokokawa location. The combination of brewery pours and local dishes should offer a distinctly regional way to explore the area.

A participation ticket including four servings of craft beer and an original tenugui towel is available through JRE MALL. The Shin-Etsu Line Beer Train running on the same day has sold out, but BREW JOURNEY at the station square remains open to visitors who are not riding the beer train.

For beer fans, the event offers an opportunity to sample Cotama Brewery alongside three other regional producers in a setting shaped by the history and atmosphere of Yokokawa Station. Further information is available through Cotama Brewery’s Instagram post.
