UCHU Brewing's "ATOM KIWIFRUIT" Arrives at BEER OLYN in Kagurazaka
The beer pub BEER OLYN in Tokyo's Kagurazaka announced a new arrival from UCHU BREWING, "ATOM KIWIFRUIT," in a post on May 27. Along with the tropical smoothie sour made with kiwi, pineapple, and coconut, a wide variety of guest beers are also on tap in the shop.
At the beer pub "BEER OLYN" on the third floor in Tokyo's Kagurazaka, UCHU BREWING's "ATOM KIWIFRUIT" is being introduced.
In the post, it was presented as a new arrival from @uchubrewing.japan in Yamanashi. The beer style is Tropical Smoothie Sour, and the ABV is 7.0%. It is a fruit-forward beer made with pineapple puree, New Zealand kiwi, and coconut cream. In the brewers' notes, it is described as "a thick, tart, delicious paradise," and it is a finish you'd want to chill and enjoy in the lingering heat of the season.
Alongside that, the shop's "now on tap" lineup was also shared. The selection is BEER AGAIN 'Datgeki Pilsner', UCHU 'TITAN', RIKRI 'DOGGG RACE', nomcraft 'Buffalo Bandit', SOMA 'Diesel', Kanpai! 'Berry Berry Slope', and Tekikaka Cider 'Tekikaka Cider Lychee'. From pilsner to West Coast IPA, Hazy IPA, Hazy Double IPA, smoothie sour, and lychee cider, it covers a wide range and makes it easy to choose a style to your taste.
BEER OLYN is a beer pub well suited to tracking down guest beers in the Kagurazaka area. On Wednesdays it is open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., so it seems easy to stop by after work and sample a few pours by the glass. It was a night worth checking out, with both new craft beer arrivals and a standard tap lineup on display at the same time.
