Yame Brewery resumes taking reservations for craft beer brewing experiences; original labels also available
Yame Brewery in Yame City, Fukuoka, has resumed accepting reservations for its craft beer brewing experience. Participants can experience the process from recipe creation to malt crushing, and after fermentation the beer is bottled and shipped about two months later. Original labels are also available, making it suitable as a gift for anniversaries and other special occasions.
Reservation Resumes
Yame Brewery announced in an Instagram post on April 2 that it had resumed accepting reservations for its craft beer brewing experience. In the experience, participants can follow actual brewing steps, from recipe creation to malt crushing.
After the fermentation period, the beer is bottled and shipped about two months later, so it is an experiential program in which you can enjoy the time spent brewing while waiting for the finished product. Original labels can also be created, allowing each bottle to be tailored for birthdays, reunions, and other commemorative occasions.
