Craft Beer 2mugi reveals today’s six taps, including SHIBAKUZO 2026
Akihabara’s Craft Beer 2mugi has unveiled its “Today’s Draft Lineup.” In addition to six draft taps - SHIBAKUZO 2026, GRAPEEE, L'orage, TOKYO HELLES, Pomona Rendezvous, and Hefe-Weißbier - it also introduced UCHU Brewing’s ATOM KIWIFRUIT can.

Hop BroAnd TAP1 is Shiokaze Brew Lab’s SHIBAKUZO 2026, an American Strong Ale. It sounds like it should have solid strength and plenty of malt depth, and the name alone feels serious.
MugiAmerican Strong Ale? What even is that! I get that it means a strong ale, but I wonder if it’s easy to drink!
Hop BroBasically, it’s the kind of beer with a stronger malt richness and hop presence, so it has real heft. And TAP2, Farmentry’s GRAPEEE, is a Grape Skin Contact Saison, so the fermentation-derived aroma from contact with grape skins should be interesting.
MugiContact with grape skins!? That’s such a saison curveball that even my wine brain is getting called in!
Hop BroTAP3 is Songbird Beer’s L'orage, a Brown Ale. It’s the kind of beer that settles you down with toasty character and a gentle sweetness, and TAP4, Kirizumi Brewing’s TOKYO HELLES, is a crisp Helles, which is nice because it catches a totally opposite mood.
MugiA brown ale to relax, then a Helles to reset. Having that kind of range in flavor is seriously fun!
