The beer pub "umbrella," located in the Ohatsu Tenjin area of Sonezaki, Kita Ward, Osaka, announced its draft lineup for April 14. In the calm atmosphere that comes with being a basement venue, guests can enjoy a selection centered on craft beer and Guinness.

On the taps that day were "Akeshi Coast IPA" (West Coast IPA) from Hokkaido's Yuitoriere, "Cheers Ale" (Modern English Pale Ale) from Hyogo's Egre Brewery and Osaka's Inakiku Saketen, and "Rockin' Monkey IPA" (Double IPA) from Osaka's Minoh Beer. In addition, the familiar "Draft Guinness" and "Kirin Lager" were also available, allowing for a wide range of choices from hop-forward IPAs to easy-drinking lagers.

The post also notes that doors open at 6 p.m., and that because a private booking is reserved for the early hours, the announcement may come later than usual. It also says beer vouchers equivalent to six of each craft beer's smallest serving are on sale, and that they can also be used for a pint of Guinness. It sounds like a place well suited to a night in the Umeda/Ohatsu Tenjin area for comparing the character of different kegs while you drink.
