The beer pub `taki` in Shibuya's Sakuragaoka announced its business hours for Wednesday, 3/25, along with the taps available that day. It will newly tap Kagoshima's Shiroyama Brewery "Amami Brown Sugar Stout," and operate with a three-beer lineup including Ise Kadoya Beer and Minoh Beer.
The beer pub `taki` in Sakuragaoka-cho, Shibuya Ward announced that it will be open on Wednesday, 3/25 from 17:00 to 24:00 (L.O. food 23:00 / drinks 23:30).
In that day's post, it introduced Kagoshima's Shiroyama Brewery and its "Amami Brown Sugar Stout" as a new tap. The style is Stout, with an ABV of 5.0%, and it is described as featuring the toasty aroma of roasted malt along with the gentle character of brown sugar.
The Tap List published for the day also included the following three beers.
- Ise Kadoya Beer "West Coast Pilsner"
- Shiroyama Brewery "Amami Brown Sugar Stout"
- Minoh Beer "Honey Saison"
With a lineup spanning pilsner, stout, and saison, it is an easy place for side-by-side tasting in one spot. Located in the Sakuragaoka area near Shibuya Station, on the 3rd floor of the Shibuya Johnson Building, it also offers convenient hours that work well for everything from a drink after work to a night spent carefully choosing craft beer.
Since food L.O. and drink L.O. are set as usual that day, it is recommended to leave yourself plenty of time when visiting. Centered on a distinctive stout made with brown sugar, it looks like it will be a day to sample three domestic breweries by the glass.
