Wailele is an American-style beer pub located on the second floor of Arai Building in Dogenzaka, Shibuya. On Friday, November 6, the pub is scheduled to open from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with last orders at 10:00 p.m.
The first tap is planned for Kona Brewing’s Big Wave Golden Ale, a refreshing Hawaiian golden ale with an approachable malt profile.
On the second tap, Vedett Extra White from Duvel Moortgat is scheduled to give way to Pool Dad Lemon Lager from Seapine Brewing. The beer is described as a limited brew made by Wes, with lemon character incorporated into a lager format.
The third tap is scheduled to move from Torpedo Extra IPA by Sierra Nevada Brewing to Codebreaker West Coast IPA by Trademark Brewing. Together with Coronado Brewing’s Weekend Vibes IPA on the fourth tap, the lineup offers several hop-forward options in the West Coast tradition.
The fifth tap is planned to feature Arvo Hazy IPA from Seapine Brewing, another limited beer brewed by Wes, followed by Hagi Yuzu Ale from Yamaguchi Jibeer.
Wailele notes that the image menu may differ from the actual draft lineup, so guests are asked to prioritize the written tap information. The pub will be closed for a private event on November 7 and temporarily closed on November 8. Cash, PayPay and Hachipay are accepted; credit cards are not.
