The Beer Shop Hirakata city, a beer-focused bottle shop and standing bar connected to Hirakata-shi Station, shared its draft lineup for July 26. The shop keeps roughly 150 to 200 canned and bottled beers on hand and usually offers about four to six drafts, making it an easy place to ask staff for a recommendation.

The lineup for the day included Sapporo Brewery's Kurolabel, Miyazaki Hideji Brewery's Nichinan LemonSession Hazy IPA, Nomcraft's Wonder Mosaic, Revision Brewing's DIPA, and Hirakata Beer's Session Citra White. One tap slot was still listed as coming soon. The post also noted that Kurolabel is tapped with fresh kegs every day.

Snacks are part of the appeal as well. Guests are allowed to bring their own snacks, but the shop also sells its own pairings, including smoked items from Hirakata Smoke. The recommended snack in this post was Banzai Sansho, a crunchy rice cracker with a strong sansho aroma that was described as a good match for beer. On Sundays, the shop opens from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
