At the beer pub Craft beer bar Sink in No-machi, Kanazawa City, new arrivals dated May 15 were announced. This time, a total of 15 selections from Hong Kong's Young Master, Shizuoka's Kakegawa Farm Brewing, FLORA FERMENTATION, and GREAT DANE BREWING are on the menu, with a broad lineup from pilsners to IPAs, sours, and porters. Timed for the season when outdoor drinking feels good in May, it is a lineup that makes choosing by style part of the fun.

The post also mentions the Spice and Foam event, to be held at Shiinoki Guest House on May 16 and 17. Sink itself will not have a booth at the event, but the owner is expected to head to the venue during the day on the 16th, so the shop may open a little later. The flow feels like a weekend plan built around a drink before and after the event.

New Arrivals

- Young Master (Hong Kong): Pilsner Unfiltered, Jade Scorpion, Classic Pale Ale, 1842 IPA, Cha Chaan Teng Sour
- Kakegawa Farm Brewing (Shizuoka): Kakegawa Classic, Kakegawa Tea Ale, Yuzu Saison, Deadman’s Galaxy Ale
- FLORA FERMENTATION: Cascara, Raven, Tayu, Golem

As a craft beer specialist in Kanazawa's Nonoichi area, the shop is also appealing because the guest beers are constantly changing. When overseas breweries and domestic breweries line up at the same time like this, it becomes easy to compare their personalities on the same day. This batch also includes beers with a strong sense of ingredients, such as beers made with tea and a porter made with buckwheat, making it easy for drinkers to choose according to their preferences.
