Ten taps in Komagome, with a spring-leaning lineup

Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand is a brewpub in Honkomagome, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. On Friday, March 27, it will be open from 5-11 p.m., and guests can enjoy mostly domestic craft beer inside. The post also announced that tapas by guest chef Tatsunosuke Taba are planned for the taproom on the following Saturday and Sunday.

A lineup that makes comparative tasting easy

In addition to beers with New Zealand-style hops such as Kohatu Pale Ale and Sauvin Belgo Brut, the lineup includes a citrusy beer like Yuzu Sour Saison and even a Belgian stout like Kurotobi #4, making it easy to build a flow from a light first beer to a closing pour. There are also Black Sheep Ale and White Sheep Ale collaborations with Sanriku Beer, adding to the fun of side-by-side tasting.

Best enjoyed together with the atmosphere of the bar

The shop is open 5-11 p.m. on weekdays, 3-10 p.m. on weekends and holidays, and closed on Wednesdays. The taproom has a casual drop-in style, focusing on beer while also adding food suggestions tied to event days. Seasonal tapas are scheduled for March 28 and 29, and Chili Chili Sunday plus a Souvenir shop POP-UP are also planned for April 5, making it a day in spring Komagome where you can enjoy both beer and food.
