The beers currently pouring are Shingetsu Beer’s Session IPA, Brasserie Knot’s BIRD, Let’s Beer Works’ FUNADONNY, and Ushitora Brewery’s Rankaku Chui. Together, the selection offers several different expressions of Japanese craft beer, from a lighter session IPA to more distinctive brewery releases.
The next beers in line are Kanpai! Brewing’s Konpira-zaka Mexican Lager, Oyama G Beer’s India Pale Ale, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Porter, and Chichibu Beer’s Benikuma Red Ale. With lager, IPA, porter and red ale all represented, the lineup is set to change considerably as kegs are emptied and replaced.
Beer Pub Ishii focuses on Japanese craft beer, with rotating taps that make each visit a little different. The pub also serves food ranging from small snacks to fish and chips, sausages and heartier dishes.
