Osaka's Nishi Ward-based BAK Brewery will open a new food and drink venue in Yodoyabashi on Monday, April 6. The location is on the rear side of the first floor of the commercial-office mixed-use building "Yodoyabashi Station One" in front of Yodoyabashi Station. The new food spot is named "Yodoyaba," and the setup suggests an easy-to-drop-in venue that makes good use of its station-front location.

The post says that "Yodoyaba" will house four specialty shops.

- Hakata seafood kakuuchi "Shirasu Kujira"
- Kushikatsu and wine "A・GE・HA"
- Charcoal-grilled yakitori "Tori Gorou"
- Prosciutto, fresh oysters, and draft beer "BAKKANO"

Of these, BAKKANO will be a new location for BAK. The post shows that guests will be able to enjoy BAK's craft beer paired with dishes such as paper-thin prosciutto and fresh oysters, positioning the venue as a full-service dining spot where people can taste dishes from all four shops in one place. Payment is cashless only; cash is not accepted.

On its official website, BAK describes itself as a brewery that makes "interesting beer" without being bound by tradition or the mainstream. Starting from its brewing base in Horie, Osaka, it has also expanded to Umeda, Dojima, and Shinsaibashi. This new Yodoyabashi base is likely to become a place that showcases BAK's character not just through beer alone, but through the combination of beer and food as well.
