Tasogare Lily in Nagoya taps WCB's The Lupulin Tree and two more beers
Tasogare Lily, a curry-and-beer pub in Nagoya's Minami Ward, shared its open-at-noon notice and today's tap list. The lineup includes beers from WestCoastBrewing, Shiokaze Brew Lab, and Uchu Brewing, and a reservation-only washoku dinner is scheduled for June 19.
Tasogare Lily, a curry-and-beer pub in Uchidabashi, Minami Ward, Nagoya, posted a noon-opening notice together with today's tap list. The beer lineup features three pours: WestCoastBrewing's "The Lupulin Tree," Shiokaze Brew Lab's "Mango Impact," and Uchu Brewing's "P!P!P!."
Today's tap list
- WestCoastBrewing, "The Lupulin Tree": Hazy Double IPA / 8.0%
- Shiokaze Brew Lab, "Mango Impact": Fruited Pale Ale / 6%
- Uchu Brewing, "P!P!P!": Pilsner / 5%
The food menu lists three curries today: pork cartilage, coconut chicken, and dry keema, with an egg yolk topping recommended. That makes the lineup easy to pair with a range of beers, from a hop-forward hazy double IPA to a fruit-driven pale ale and a clean pilsner.
The shop sits in Uchidabashi Shopping Street and is set up as a beer pub that works well for daytime visits. On weekdays it opens at noon for lunch service, and it also opens from noon on weekends. With no table charge, it is easy to drop in for either curry or craft beer.
The post also notes a first washoku dinner on June 19. The reservation-only event will offer a fish-focused Japanese course with a sake tasting set, giving the venue a second face beyond its regular spice-curry-and-beer service.
