KOBO Makes Its First Pour at Beer shop Llama in Mitaka, with a Dekoboko Collaboration Arriving
KOBO Brewery from Toyama has been tapped for the first time at Beer shop Llama in Mitaka, Tokyo. The beer joining the lineup this time is a collaboration with Dekoboko Brew Works in Ichinomiya, Aichi: "Dekoboko Pilsner." In addition to this lager-leaning new tap, the lineup spans everything from IPAs and sours to porters, making for an even more enjoyable tasting session.
Beer shop Llama's latest tap update highlights the debut of KOBO Brewery on tap at the bar for the first time. In the post, the brewery is introduced as a project launched by two people from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, brewing with deep respect for tradition.
The beer now on tap is "Dekoboko Pilsner," a collaboration between KOBO and Dekoboko Brew Works (Pilsner / ABV 5.0%). It is designed to be an easy-drinking beer with a clean finish and hop aroma, making it a good fit both as a first pour and as a final drink.
The tap list at the shop is also notable for its wide range, stretching from Unhopped Sour to Hazy DIPA and Raz Porter. If you want something light and easy, KUNITACHI's Session IPA is an option; if you're after layers of aroma, Stoup and WCB's Hazy DIPA are there; and if you want something with a twist, DD4D's chili-infused IPA is another choice.
Beer shop Llama, located in the Mitaka Station area at 3-23-5 Shimorenjaku, Mitaka-shi, Tokyo, Inoue Building 1F, is a beer pub where you can cross over a wide range of domestic and international craft beers. This latest addition is a fresh update that will delight lager fans, while also making the whole tap lineup feel like a chance to think about the best drinking path for the night.
