On July 23, The Beer Shop Hirakata city, a craft beer specialty pub directly connected to Hirakata-shi Station in Osaka, announced four new arrivals from West Coast Brewing. The lineup includes `Starwatcher`, `Beach Day`, `Lager Break`, and `Haze Alliance`, offering a wide range of styles in one stop.

- `Starwatcher` is WCB's flagship West Coast IPA. Built on Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, it leans into citrus, berry, and melon notes with a crisp, hop-driven finish.
- `Beach Day` is a 7.0% Hazy IPA featuring El Dorado, Wakatu, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin, bringing bright pineapple- and orange-like aromatics.
- `Lager Break` is a 4.5% lager with biscuit and cracker-like malt character, plus hints of orange, lemongrass, and honey.
- `Haze Alliance` is a 9.0% Hazy Triple IPA with a strong Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin presence, delivering lychee, mango, pineapple, and dank character.

Located in the Hirakata Sun Plaza building, The Beer Shop Hirakata city is the kind of place where a fresh tap update can be explored beer by beer. For WCB fans, this latest arrival is an easy excuse to compare styles side by side.
