Our Brewing Arrives on 19 Taps

At CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Ginza, a beer pub in Yaesu, Tokyo, a 19-tap takeover by Fukui’s Our Brewing will be held for two days on Saturday, April 11 through Sunday, April 12. With a record of being the only Japanese brewery to place in the IPA category at JBC, this is a large-scale event in which the brewery will take over the venue all at once.

The main attraction this time is the early release of the collaboration beer "Yuzu Dragon". Created as a tribute to the existing beer "Yellow Dragon," it is a Sake Pale Ale layered with the aroma of yuzu. It is a limited-edition offering unique to the event, allowing visitors to enjoy both sake-derived nuances and bright citrus notes.

A Wide 19-Beer Lineup

The tap list includes IPA-focused selections such as Four Dimensions, Hoppy Hour Ver. Waimea, Hoppy Hour Ver. JBC, Hoppy Hour Ver. Anchovy, Magic Flavour Ver. JBC, Magic Flavour Ver. Brewer’s Blend, and Magic Flavour Ver. Elani. In addition, the lineup also features Snow Buddy, Berry S’OUR, Oat My Valentine, Fukufukue~ru, Lupulin Rex, Täglich Pils, Hop Breeze, Daybreaker, Runner’s High, Second, and Uchiura Lemon Ale, offering a broad range of flavors.

Two Days to Enjoy Brewers and Food

During the event, company representative Mr. Okada is scheduled to visit, and guests will be able to raise a glass while hearing the stories behind the beers. In addition, special yuzu-based dishes created by Chef Anesaki will be available, offering pairings with the collaboration beer. The brewery is also planning giveaways of souvenir beers and limited-edition merchandise, making this more than just a drinking event.

IBREW Ginza is known as a beer pub with a large number of taps and fast turnover. This 19-beer event, which includes limited releases, should be a chance to experience the current state of Our Brewing all at once.
