A collaboration between Nara Brewing and Flora Fermentation
CRAFT BEER HOUSE molto!! in Umeda is now pouring MEMORY FIELD, a collaboration beer brewed by Nara Brewing and Flora Fermentation. The beer is a Kölsch made with spelt wheat grown in Nara Brewing’s own fields and fresh rosemary from Shiga Prefecture.
Its aroma brings together a refreshing herbal character from the rosemary and a citrus note reminiscent of orange peel. The result is a clean, light-drinking beer with a distinctive botanical edge. Served very cold, MEMORY FIELD offers a crisp and refreshing profile; as it warms, the rosemary aroma becomes fuller and more expressive.
The beer’s delicate body and bright aroma make it approachable as a first pour, while the changing fragrance rewards slower drinking. It should also pair naturally with a range of dishes served at the restaurant, especially lighter fare where the herbal and citrus notes can remain in focus.
