Kochi-based craft beer brand South Horizon Brewing has opened pre-orders for the “Denno Shojo Shiro Collaboration Beer Set,” created in partnership with Denno Shojo Shiro.
The set includes six 350ml cans featuring a special collaboration label and one diatomite coaster decorated with newly drawn artwork. The price is ¥6,400.
The beer selected for the collaboration is Pacifica Common, one of South Horizon Brewing’s standard beers. Inspired by the California Common style, it is brewed using lager yeast fermented at a relatively high temperature, with an emphasis on balancing bitterness and body. The brewery describes it as an approachable beer for drinkers who are less familiar with craft beer.
The special illustration was designed to match Pacifica Common’s refreshing character. Alongside the collectible cans, the coaster offers another way for fans to enjoy the collaboration at home, with the artwork designed to complement a glass of beer.
South Horizon Brewing is a craft beer brand based in Kochi City.
