Want a Beer in Utsunomiya to Host 5th Anniversary Event, Serving Six Taps Including Collabs

- A Belgian White made with amanatsu, kiyomi orange, hassaku, mikan, and lemon peel. The brightness of citrus is layered with coriander notes. ABV 5.0%.
In addition to the anniversary taps, guest beers will also be on offer.
- Seiran / Hop Kotan
- A Cold IPA. A beer with ABV 7.0% that moves from a clean bitterness into a pine-resin-like hop finish.
- Morgentau / Barbaric WORKS
- An Italian Pilsner. Floral, green aromas combine with a light malt character and hop aroma, ABV 5.0%.
- MASTER HEIR / Barbaric WORKS
- An American Double IPA. It is defined by Mosaic hop notes of peach, berries, and tropical fruit, along with firm bitterness. ABV 8.0%.
- Moonwalk / THE KICHI
- A West Coast Pilsner collaboration with Want a Beer. It offers citrus and piney aromas with a crisp, clean finish, ABV 5.6%.
Food Also Gets the Anniversary Treatment
The food menu is also substantial, with bruschetta, various carpaccios, fritters of bamboo shoots and sujiao nori seaweed, loaded fries, pasta and pizza, and meat dishes. It is a lineup that makes it easy to build a full meal alongside beer comparisons.
