Bar FUKURO (Kamata) posted on Instagram. In this post,

- White shira-ae with Amaou strawberries
- Udo fritters
- Pasta with eggplant, bacon, and salsa verde

The menu features dishes made with spring ingredients. In particular, the white shira-ae made with Amaou strawberries from Hakata is notable for the combination of the fruit's tartness and a rich tofu sauce, and the post says it pairs especially well with sour-style beers.

The shop is a beer pub about a 5-minute walk from JR Kamata Station. On its official website, it highlights its house-made craft beer, "Kamata Ale," and serves domestic and international craft beers on a weekly rotating basis. The food menu is also full of beer-centered dishes such as Cuban sandwiches, beer-battered fish and chips, and smoked bacon. With counter seating that's easy to drop into alone, plus table seating and a standing-drink area, it's also easy for small groups to stop by.

It also posted its April business schedule: beer will be available in advance starting April 24; a VERTERE tap takeover will run on Saturday, April 25 from 3:00 p.m. to midnight; and a collaboration with Kirio Noodles is planned for April 25 and 26. In addition, a special opening on Monday, April 29 (a public holiday) from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. was announced. It's a place where you can enjoy a spring dish and a drink together in Kamata.
